Having been an intuitive healer since I was a child, becoming Reiki was a natural progression. After gaining experience through the levels of Reiki, I became a Usui Shiki Ryoho Master, and an Advanced course then enabled additional healing skills.  

In 2005, I also became a Karuna Reiki® Master, registered with the International Center for Reiki Training.  

I have practised Meditation since 1982, and take great pleasure in teaching others this most beneficial therapy.  It certainly helped me maintain a (relatively) calm, tolerant and perhaps even sane attitude during my years as a Secondary level English and TESOL teacher! And especially the years with my seriously ADHD son ...

When I was 6 years old, I found an amazing rock of Quartz crystals in a cave on a beach.  I was mesmerised by it and refused to let it go, even keeping it by my bed at night.  So began my fascination with crystals.  I eventually took this forward to gain a formal Certificate in Crystal Healing.  I hope to progress further, to study for the Diploma, very soon.

Every treatment is a unique experience for both you and me, as I adapt to your specific needs on every level and do my very best to ensure your enjoyment as well.  

In every class and workshop I hope that an environment of unconditional welcome and support enables everyone to relax, enjoy and gain the most benefit from each occasion.  

A very special, life-long bond is forged between myself and those whom I attune to and teach Reiki; a relationship that I value very highly indeed.  

Progressing to Karuna Reiki® Master took not only my healing but also spiritual development to a higher plane, and greatly enhanced the bond and close, working relationship with my Guides. 

My ever-developing psychic and mediumship abilities also rely on their presence and unfailing help. I am clairvoyant (I see Spirit),  clairsentient/empathic (I feel a Spirit's feelings) and clairalient (I smell things associated with a Spirit).
