Unfortunately, due to now being my father's carer, I can only run these sessions during the daytime and at my home.


Relaxation
and Meditation for Mums-to-Be is a very enjoyable way to help with pregnancy, labour/birth and life with your baby. 

Dads / birthing partners are also very welcome at no additional cost!
